Hello, my name is Gail Harris and I am honoured to have been nominated to be on the Board of the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. I have been the owner of Vineland Physiotherapy since October 2017 and I recently moved to Jordan so that I may live where I work. I would like to become affiliated, involved, contribute back and to be an active member of the community; a role with the Chamber of Commerce would allow me to work towards that goal.
The love for the science of movement prompted me to become a physiotherapist and I have brought over 20 years of experience and knowledge to the practice of Vineland Physiotherapy. Previously, I was the owner and director of Westmount Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in Hamilton, Ont.
I enjoy attending courses and studying methods to keep up to date with current advancements in physiotherapy, allowing for continued improvements to the business and physiotherapy care.
Likewise, as a Board member of the Lincoln of Chamber of Commerce, I would bring my business and organizational skills to contribute in a group environment on the behalf of its members. Before I accepted this nomination, I met with Laura Petrunick and asked her what was involved to be on the Board, as I would not take the role lightly and I wanted to assure myself that with my other obligations that I would be able to be a valuable board member. I believe I have an excellent skillset to offer and I would look forward to learning from the current Board members to maximize my potential.
The Lincoln Chamber of Commerce is about business in our community and I am a business owner!
